What

We live in a 3 bedroom 5th floor sunny apartment with a large loft like living room. The master bedroom has a king sized bed, there is a small room with a single bed and a larger room with a double.

Where

We are located in a wonderful quiet neighborhood within walking distance of most uptown museums, Lincoln Center and Central Park.

Why

If you love New York, this is a centrally located home, cozy and inviting. We have easy access by metro or foot (and there are plenty of taxis as well.)

About me

I'm a filmmaker, with two wonderful daughters, ages 12 & 14. Our home is a casual loft with 3 bedrooms, and while you could add a 5th person, its ideal for a couple with two children, or a couple and two singles. Its a non-smoking home (and that's a deal breaker) but dog friendly. We live a block from Central Park and 2 blocks from Lincoln Center.

I seemed to have a message from you but when I looked there was only your name and photo of your apartment. I am a singer/songwriter music producer and write a fair bit so maybe some things in common. I live here with my 17 year old daughter and two cats. This is a great place to chill and work and the festive season is very special. I am just a bit sick of sheep after 12 years here and adore the buzz of NYC and the friends I haven't seen for some time now.

i have a lovely beach house overlooking beach and golf course in scenic co clare in ireland. we are 5 minute drive to cliffs of moher and the burren. this is our holiday cottage and is available all year.
