Surrounded by multi million dollar brownstones on tree-lined street and steps to 5th Avenue "Museum Mile", Central Park and subway station. Mature married couples only. Maximum of 2 people in the apartment - non smokers only please.

Upper East Side of Manhattan. A few blocks from Central Park, Madison Avenue shopping and 5th Avenue Museum Mile. 2 blocks from the #6 Train Station at Lexington and 96th street for access to all of Manhattan (5th Avenue, Broadway, SOHO, The Village, Chinatown, World Trade Center).

We are a family of 4 with 2 small daughters - 6 and 8 years old. I am an executive for a global technology company and travel to Europe frequently. My wife is an attorney who runs her own law office. Our primary residence is in Massachusetts. Our place in New York is a vacation home. We are non-smokers, very clean and respectful of others and their properties.
