The building is situated in quiet tree lined complex considered one of the safest areas in all of Manhattan. One block from the East River Park with walk ways, tennis courts, soccer, baseball and basketball fields. Bicycle rentals available on the next block.

The apartment is clean, well lit, decorated with immense charm. It feels as if it's your own home with none of the owner's personel clutter.

About me

I'm a photographer and film maker from New York City. I often need to travel for work purposes. I have made this apartment as comfortable and homey as possible. I can easily refer you to all the fun spots in my neighborhood to eat, shop, peruse galleries, etc.
