What

Our house was built in the 1850's, it has a very large family kitchen with aga and utility room, and large lounge with wood burner and four bedrooms over the first and second floors. Ourside there is a patio area and garden and climbing frame.

Where

We are found in the village of West Hill a couple of miles from Ottery St Mary, about 20 minutes from Sidmouth and Budleigh Salterton where there are great beaches.

Why

It is a great family house, lots of space whilst at the same time tucked away and private. You can walk out of the gate and be in the fields or hop in the car and get to the beach. It has everything you would want for a lovely relaxing family holiday. We are also able to offer use of our Mini Cooper S.

About me

We are a family of four, our two boys are aged 10 & 7. We are both lawyers and enjoy spending time with our boys. We like to camp, sail, swim and play sports. Dad is a keen runner and recently completed his first triathlon. We are looking forward to our first exchange which will have to coincide with school holidays.
