Large recreational area with a fireplace, satellite TV, wet bar, billiards table, ping pong table. 2 1/2 bathrooms. 3 of the bedrooms have queen size beds and 2 have double beds.

3 hours north of Toronto in very desirable resort area. Extensive hiking, biking and snowmobile trails of the Haliburton Forest Reserve are across the road– http://www.haliburtonforest.com. Summer– swim, boat, hike or bike from the cottage. Winter –snowmobile, dog sled or cross country ski. Golf, theaters, restaurants, downhill skiing and other amenities are also available within a 10 minute to 1/2 hour drive.
Pourquoi
The is a 2nd home designed for entertaining as we often have friends visiting with us. It would easily work for several couples or two families. Comes with a canoe, sailboat and mountain bikes. Gas barbecue on the upper deck, Morrocan grill on the lower deck and a fire pit behind the cottage. There are many things to do in the area and we would be happy to make recommendations. We also have a lovely 3 bedroom home in the Toronto Beaches that could be included in a simultaneous exchange.
À propos de moi
We are a family of three– my husband, our 12 year old son and myself. We are an active family that has done a fair amount of traveling. We want to expand our horizons even further as we are all very interested in other places and cultures. Both my husband and I have our own businesses so we have some flexibility to travel. I am a communications consultant and writer, my husband's business is in manufacturing. Our home is clean and well kept and we would be looking for the same in an exchange.
